2019 Report: Environmental Sustainability is Everyone's Story

Welcome to the eighth annual Environmental Peformance Accountability Report (EPAR) for the Lower Mainland Health Organizations!

These reports represent an opportunity to acknowledge the hard work, leadership, and willingness of everyone across the Lower Mainland Health Organizations to support environmental sustainability in health care.

This report represents the collective work of many individuals, all of whom continue to collaborate to transform their workplaces and health care systems into thriving environments of health and wellness for staff, patients, and their families.
Developed by the GreenCare Energy and Environmental Sustainability Team and in close partnership with many departments, the 2019 EPAR is an annual report that tells the story about the Lower Mainland Health Organization's sustainability successes, challenges and future opportunities. It also highlights a real need for action as we enter a new climate reality, and our efforts to find solutions together for the entire Lower Mainland health care community.

The 2019 EPAR is an interactive (clickable) report; you can easily navigate and link between sections and to areas that most interest you. Below are the various Lower Mainland Health Organization EPARs:
