Nina possesses a diverse educational foundation spanning sustainability, geography, and environmental science, complemented by her valuable health-care background. Her expertise extends to developing and spearheading engagement strategies within change management. Leveraging insights from both personal and professional journeys, Nina aspires to inspire others to adopt sustainability principles and instigate positive changes, no matter how small. A passionate traveler, she constantly seeks new destinations, yet equally revels in the diverse activities the West Coast has to offer.

Nina is the Green+Leaders Program Lead for staff engagement and sustainability initiatives across Fraser Health, Providence Health Care, Provincial Health Services Authority and Vancouver Coastal Health. This includes providing expert consultation and coaching to staff at all levels, fostering the implementation of sustainability projects, and instilling a culture of positive change within our organizations.
