On March 16, 2017 Martina Soderlund (Director + Building Performance Specialist) gave a presentation on the upcoming changes to the City of Vancouver rezoning requirements. These changes will impact future health care projects.

WHAT'S HAPPENING: The City of Vancouver has adopted new rezoning requirements as part of their Zero Emissions Building Plan (ZEBP) which includes new energy and GHG emission targets that will be required on rezoning applications as of May 1, 2017.
