Michal Simhon
Low Carbon Resilience Manager
Michal is a Professional Engineer, certified as an Envision Sustainability Professional and an Infrastructure Resilience Professional. She spent the first decade of her career in the consulting industry as a Wastewater Process Engineer and Technical Project Manager, where she successfully led complex multi-discipline infrastructure projects from concept through completion. Michal then dove into the start-up world as a Senior Design Manager, overseeing the design and manufacture of sustainable pre-fabricated engineered panels.
Currently, she is supporting the Richmond Hospital Redevelopment (RHR) project, using the Alliance project delivery model. Her work aligns closely with the VCH Planetary Health Strategy, leveraging her expertise to embed low carbon, climate resilience, and environmental sustainability into design.
I am deeply committed to driving meaningful change and championing a greener, more resilient future, where collaboration and innovation pave the way for sustainable solutions that benefit both our community and the planet.
