Low-Carbon Heat-Health Solutions in Care Settings (Heat Health) is a multi-year, national initiative that explores how indoor heat affects the health of patients, residents, and healthcare workers, and how care environments can be adapted to be more resilient to extreme heat.

The Heat Health team spent this past summer implementing low-cost, low-carbon heat mitigation solutions across care settings in British Columbia, Ontario, and Nova Scotia.
