Ileana Costrut

Regional Sustainability Consultant

Ileana holds a masters of arts in sustainability education from the University of British Columbia and brings experience in facilitating collaborative projects for innovation in urban sustainability, as well as engagement and program coordination at the intersection of post-secondary, municipal and community priorities. She applies a place-based, experiential education lens to her work which acknowledges that learning is multi-directional and all participants, including nature, hold valuable knowledge and expertise that enrich the collective learning process.

Her responsibilities include leading the GreenCare network to inform, motivate, facilitate and celebrate staff learning and action toward a climate resilient and environmentally sustainable health-care system.
