Join the ‘Around the World Summer Challenge’ – Step Up for Success!

We are excited to introduce a team step challenge launching on June 22nd (the first official day of summer) and running until Labour Day weekend (September 4th) on the MyHealth App available to all Fraser Health staff and medical staff. Join us and rally your teams for a chance to win exciting prizes that can be used towards team socials or activities.

The challenge is simple: Create a team on MyHealth and start counting your steps. Teams can be of any size. The goal is to achieve the highest total step count calculated from the team’s daily average steps. All participant’s steps contribute to the team’s score.

Quick Tip: Challenge another team or department to see who can walk around the world and collect all 6 passport stamps the fastest.

For a bit of extra motivation, the top three preforming teams will win funds for team socials or activities and the opportunity to have their team photo featured on the Beat. The 1st prize is $250 towards a team social or activity, the 2nd prize is $150, and the 3rd prize is $100. This is a fantastic opportunity to support well-being while fostering connection and teamwork.
