Ride Your Bike: Spring 2018 Bike to Work Week
The benefits of cycling are many. Riders enjoy healthy exercise instead of a sedentary vehicle commute, reduce their stress, have fewer transportation expenses, and don’t emit greenhouse gases that would be harmful to the environment. And by cycling to work, Fraser Health staff lead by example—demonstrating a healthy lifestyle choice, while having fun doing it!
Join us in the upcoming Spring 2018 Bike to Work Week by registering at bikehub.ca/registration. As you register, select the “team” option and search for your health authority team to join, or start your own team.
During the Spring 2018 Bike to Work Week, celebration stations will offer free snacks, drinks, basic bike tune-ups, and a chance to win a draw prize. Find the station on your route to or from work and celebrate with us!
