Congratulations Earth Day photo contest winners!
Last month Fraser Health put out a call for favourite nature spots in honour of Earth Week. The following winners will receive two tickets to the Capilano Suspension Bridge.
Kimberly Ramos, Registered Nurse, Abbotsford Regional Hospital
Kimberly’s photo was taken from Mount Cheam in Chilliwack. Kimberly says “I’ve always loved the outdoors. Earth month is my official (unofficial month long) holiday!“
Jimmy Tran, Registered Nurse, Surrey Memorial Hospital
“Within the past year I have developed this love for photography and nature. Just this April after a long day of work I headed straight to Crescent Beach to capture this beautiful sunset by the dock. With the amount of duties and stressors at work this sunset really did the trick. I have this newfound love for Mother Nature and appreciation of the nature all around us. Just wanted to share this brief glimpse of my life”.
A big thank you to all of you who submitted photos and stories and to the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park for their generous donation.
