All you need to know: VGH Cycling Centre
Located at 860/866 West 10th Ave between Willow and Laurel Streets, it is in the old Laundry Building right on the 10th Ave bikeway. The Cycling Centre is managed by a volunteer steering committee.
The VGH Cycling Centre is open 24 hours a day, all year round. With 174 bike racks (including 12 outlets for electric bikes), it is one of the region’s largest facilities for bicycle commuting. On-site you will find eight bike lockers (quickly booked up), change rooms, storage lockers, air pumps and bike stands with tools.
Membership, Usage and Fees
As a membership facility, the centre is available to staff and volunteers working at or near the VGH campus. Six membership options are available to suit the diverse needs of the cycling community.
Note: Fees may change and are designed to be as low as possible and only to cover operating expenses so the facility is 100% self-sustaining. Existing bike cages within VGH campus will remain in place and free of charge.
